Preheat Pigeon Super Air Fryer at 180° C for 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 400 gms Paneer
Marinade
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 2 tsp chilly powder
- 1 tsp Zeera powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 tbsp dark Soya sauce
- 6 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp black Pepper powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 100 ml coconut milk
- Salt
- 8 tbsp Oil
- A few wooden skewers
Peanut Sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2-clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp sesame oil (optional)
How To Cook
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, add the paneer pieces, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours
Step 2: Thread the marinated paneer on the skewers
Step 3: Place the skewers in the airfryer and cook on both sides, till done
Step 4: For peanut sauce, mix all the ingredients into a smooth paste
Step 5: Serve paneer sticks with peanut sauce
